Autogrill is continuously developing new brands and new concepts, in keeping with our permanent ambition of offering our customers innovative solutions which fit perfectly with their lifestyles and needs. To mention just a few examples, we have recently developed brands such as Salad Dreams, Sport & News, PastaGo, Time Café, Foodissimo etc.
When developing a new concept, Autogrill bears in mind:
- the environment in which we are going to operate and the customers we are going to focus on,
- changes in lifestyles, the latest consumer trends, the concepts which already exist, their characteristics and the way consumers react to them, in both our own market and other markets,
- how the idea can be implemented and the image the new concept has to convey. These guidelines are passed on to the architects and designers, who come up with plans for the concept we want to create;
- once we have decided on the plan for creating our concept, a prototype is constructed and tested at a small number of sites.
